One Month Poll

Monday, 27 July 2009

We're coming up to the first month since the Voice of the Resistance blog was launched and I would be interested in your opinion in how you think it's going, so I've added a poll (to the right). Please let us know what you think about VOTR to date in either the comments to this post or by using the poll, and if you think it's worth continuing with. Thangyaverymuch!

So far, everyone who has come here has said they read it every day. That seems like a good start to me!

I read it every day so it seems like a good start to me, too.

I'm in the 'every day' camp, too.

What I particularly enjoy is that the number of contributors means there is a more or less steady supply of new articles.

Not every post's a winner - but the hit rate is high enough to keep me reading.

Since I added you to favourites I pop in every day, though I have not commented until now. Keep up the good work.

It's looking good. Hopefully, the site will continue to climb in popularity, but it takes time to gather a truly massive following these days. My first contribution will be ready later this week, BTW.

Honestly? There's some great stuff here, but you've also got some genuine 100% padded cell candidates. Illuminati, satanism and freemasons? Any casual reader's going to read that lunacy, laugh their arse off at what a bunch of nutters us wingnuts are and then not bother to come back.

And don't even get me started on Gerrish's anti-Common Purpose mob and some of the people they are affiliated to. Our local paper seller for their rag was also handing out Holocaust-denial literature at the same time in the market right before the Euro-Elections - so helpful to shore the up at the anti-EU vote that was.

This blog has the potential to be something special but you really, really need to clean house first.
