Obama wants to search personal computers

Friday, 7 August 2009

Under a veil of secrecy, Obama seeks to sign up countries worldwide to a copyright treaty, which allows governments to search the contents of your hard drive and media devices - supposedly in the name of 'national security'. Without a warrant.

Copyright infringement has hitherto been treated as a civil matter, but now, Obama wants to criminalise it. Why? He only need cite "national security" to gain access to your personal data without requiring a warrant.

It ties in so nicely with all his other creeping fascist initiatives. I bet the EU will sign up pronto.

Government and big business are working in cohoots, robbing us of our privacy and freedoms.

Another draconian policy being devised in order for them to continue to tighten their grip. The elite are too cocky now.

Yes I believe they can be stopped if the people have the will to do so. Many great empires have fallen when the people of those times must have thought the same
