Children "need sleep education".

"Around two-thirds of people in Leeds (62%) and Sheffield (66%) believe that sleep should be part of the National Curriculum."

I despair sometimes, I really do.

I can vaguely remember spending plenty of my school lessons asleep, seems my school was 30 years ahead of its time.
